Futura S UNI is a water-miscible cooling lubricant based on esters derived from renewable raw materials. It is free of chlorine, boron, bactericides and nitrosatable amines. Futura S UNI is a universal cooling lubricant designed to be used in medium-duty machining in chip removal and grinding on all materials: steels, stainless steels, titanium, aluminium alloys, yellow alloys and cast iron. The formulation has an exceptionally high balance between lubricity and detergency, which makes it an extremely versatile product in all types of processing. It produces a very stable translucent emulsion in water. Its characteristics make it suitable for use with all types of water, both hard and soft.
