Three-phase industrial aspirator for continuous use, capable of separating mixed liquids and solids. The emptying of liquids takes place by reversing the flow of air generated by the turbine, eliminating any problem of possible blocking of the transfer pumps. Weight: 220 kg. 01: The vacuum is generated by a Siemens side-channel turbine capable of aspirating for example 500 l in 57 sec.
02: The aspirated material enters from above and falls into the sieve grid
03: The sieve grid separates the liquid from the solid parts
04: An electrical level sensor automatically shuts off the aspiration of the motor
05: Liquid is aspirated into a 280 | 500 | 1000 l container.
06: The motor reverse air flow system allows the aspirated liquid to be eliminated at a speed of 500 l in 69 sec.
07: The liquid is drained via a sturdy oil proof rubber hose and a manual control valve
