Description

Coalescence oil separator capable of separating foreign oils, sludge and soap from emulsions.
Thanks to the self-levelling suction unit, it can also be used in tanks with narrow spaces and independently follows the level of the emulsion.
It does not require operator assistance, except in the discharge phase.
It effectively de-oils aqueous fluids with neutral or weakly alkaline pH, with temperatures up to 60°C.

01	The dirty emulsion enters the TOS through a bag filter that removes any floating chips
02	After filtration, the dirty fluid rises upwards from the bottom of the tank: The choice of loading the TOS in this manner prevents excessive re-mixing of the fluid and avoids the formation of foam
03	When the fluid reaches the top of the first chamber, it spills toward the second chamber where the coalescing filter is fitted
04	The coalescing filter in the second chamber separates the foreign oil that collects on the surface
05	The clean emulsion remains at the bottom and fills the third chamber of the TOS
06	After passing through the third chamber, the emulsion can be returned to the machine tool tank
07	When a thick layer of foreign oil has accumulated on the surface of the second chamber, it can be conveyed to the discharge tank connected to the canister
