Protex DW /O is a corrosion protection fluid with a dewatering action designed specifically for the protection of steel laminates and semi-finished products even of complex geometry, as well as for the external protection of parts subject to subsequent handling. It is ideal in situations where there is a need to leave a thin protective layer on the treated surface, easily removable with rags or ordinary solvents.
The product is easily applied by immersion, spray, brush and can be removed with rags, industrial cleaners, alkaline solutions and/or petroleum solvents.
The excellent wetting power allows any moisture or water film to be removed from the treated surfaces.
The anti-corrosion and anti-oxidant components form a thin film that protects the parts for a medium to long period (12 months) if the material is properly stored indoors after treatment.
