P.T.F.E. GREASE is a polytetrafluoroethylene-based compound, an inert, odourless chemical whose coefficient of friction is among the lowest known. P.T.F.E. GREASE is the ideal solution for long-lasting lubrication that is resistant to abrasion, the action of liquids such as oil and water, and dust.
It retains its lubrication characteristics from -70°C to +300°C. It does not retain dust and dirt and contains neither silicone nor oil.
P.T.F.E. GREASE is suitable for dry lubrication of moulds, precision equipment, sliding parts, hinges, drawers, locks and components of woodworking machines, reducing working time and increasing the lubrication life of treated parts. It makes anti-adhesive surfaces slide without greasing them and without retaining dust and dirt.
It is particularly suitable for technical moulding of plastics as an inert release agent; it is also recommended in the textile, printing and carpentry industries and in all applications where clean, dry, odourless, non-staining and long-lasting lubrication is required.
