I am already a customer, how do I access the My Link area?
You can access it now or after filling your cart, at the time of payment.
Click on the person icon at the top right, then follow the instructions remembering to have your personal login details at hand.
Have they never been sent to you? Request them at ecommerce@linkindustrialtools.it. This will allow you to access your discounts and your agreed payment method.
What are the order preparation times?
After a quick system check, the order goes directly to logistics to ensure processing in less than 24 hours (for products in stock).
Can I modify or cancel the order?
We are very quick to process your order, which is why it is not possible to make any changes once you have placed it. This includes the delivery address, payment method, and purchased items.
However, you can still cancel the order by immediately contacting our switchboard at +39 02 92737229.
Can I send the order to a different address than mine?
Of course! During checkout, you have the option to customize the desired shipping address. This address can be added to the list of addresses so that you can use it for future orders as well.
What should I do if a product is defective?
We're sorry if you received a defective product.
Please return the item as soon as possible to allow us to resolve this issue by following the procedure described on the Returns page or by clicking here.
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
It is possible that your order has been divided into multiple parcels sent separately. Therefore, please check your emails and order tracking to see if any items will arrive with a different shipment.

What are the payment methods?
If you are already a customer, once logged in with the credentials we provided, the payment method will be exactly the same as used for offline purchases (i.e. bank transfer).
If you are making your first purchase, the payment methods will be PayPal or credit card. If you decide to complete your purchase with a prepaid card, we always recommend checking the available amount on the card.
Can I request an out-of-catalog product?
We try to accommodate you in every way, and for this reason, we have included a "Notes" field during checkout where you can enter any additional requests for out-of-catalog items. Naturally, availability, price, and delivery times of these items will need to be defined through alternative channels via phone or email.
Why have I not received an order confirmation?
If you have not received the order confirmation email, it probably means that the purchase was not successful. If you are paying with a prepaid card, always make sure you have enough balance on the card.
